I think Midland announced their target change just yesterday. I doubt it's been reported outside of Midland's customers at this point. I haven't seen it anywhere. It's not really newsworthy by itself but may get reported in future articles on Ballard when the financial press has something bigger to report on. Midland has no incentive to let anyone other than their clients in on their own research. BTW, I hear BLD will be presenting their story to institutions at a Midland growth company conference next week. Regards
