My point was, these latest developments and ridiculous press releases have caused me to question management. I still like the company and their product, and as I've often stated, I like the financials. However, these latest developments have overridden these pluses, and I've simply pulled out until I feel comfortable we're on the right track again.

Again, the warrant call was acceptable to me because the proceeds were earmarked for expansion and we're all intimate with historical return on equity, etc.... If there's now a hint that some may go to buying out Wilson's million plus share position, that concerns me. Enough to hold off until the latest dust settles.

It's a personal and prudent decision for me and one that makes me comfortable and allows me to sleep (my litnus test).

You've not heard me say, "I'm out and you're all crazy for staying". Just being open and honest as a long-time thread contributor and stockholder.
