Wharf, stay on topic. Don't be comparing what FDR was doing after Pearl Harbor and what OBAMA began doing and Trump inherited and is trying to fix. You waste my time. They are holding centers and detention centers. They were inadequate in size and need to be corrected. IF you and others would focus on fixing the problem and stop the deflection and distraction then it would be fixed. All it takes is money, change of laws and implementation.
