JB, I all ready have several business prospects lined up and ready to go...just been waiting on the announcement. I am extremely pleased with this new program all the way around.

Sometimes I think the skeptics forget it's not what you know, but who you know...and us poor little ole reps know a lot of people personally and professionally. Relationship marketing don't ya know...and great rates and products don't hurt either.<g>

Let's do it to it!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I understand that qualifying IRs will be paid 5% for signing up commercial accounts (at the first level), and that lower commissions will be paid down the line to the lower levels. I think that this is the correct approach to this business as it fits more closely with typical professional commercial commission plans and rewards the IRs for the greater depth of product knowledge they need and greater value the right contacts and sales efforts brought to the equation. Heck, I bet that there are many professional salespeople, both in and out of hte communications field, who will want to cash in on this program. They could make residential sales their secondary line of effort.

Kenny and Excel have realy come through on their promises to the IRs. I hope you guys realize that there was probably a lot of advice that they should just hire more salaried salespeople and forget putting the commercial sales with such a bunch of misfits! (kidding).
