Men - I still don't believe this venture is a scam at all. But you are correct that some on this thread are brushing off the negatives as non-factors. Most on this thread invite a complete discussion of the issues. I like RC's connections to the source, but must admit he is trying to turn this thread into a cheerleading section for the stock. I was surprised to see RC's post saying that he inquired ACTV about its slips in schedule for a answer, just yesterday he didn't want to hear of it and blasted me for bringing up such negative thoughts. Apparently he himself thouught it important enough to ask. Talking out of both sides of his mouth maybe? I am very positive on ACTV and hold quite a few shares in and out of the money so I have a vested interest in checking out the whole picture. Again, I don't believe this is a scam as you do.
