Depends on the manufacturer, Samsungs generally do not, however LG OLED's and higher end 'Nanocell' LCD tv's have one composite video input.

I picked up a higher end Samsung QLED a couple months back at a very good closeout price, it has four HDMI inputs and I bought the box below to connect an old VCR. Seems to work pretty well. There are several brands available on Amazon...
