No, not in the report. Nothing like you described.

As to Barr, “You did not capture” etc., was at odds with what was told Barr and others in his office on the conference call, where he said simply that the media got it wrong. Spreculation was the letter had been an accommodation for others involved in the investigation who wanted harsher language.

I suppose eventually we wil” find out how far he goes, then likely still disagree.
