George, the auction (LMDS at 28 GHz, so has not to confuse anyone) is scheduled to begin Feb 18. It appears that it will go this time. It'll be interesting for a couple of resons: a) will be the best indication to date of the value of WinStar's licenses, b) WinStar has talked of bidding. All bidders had to be registered by yesterday. It'd be real interesting to see who registered to bid, but I'm not sure if this will become public knowledge. It seems every company in the world has stated that they're not interested in bidding, but I think everybody is just keeping their intentions pretty secret. About one month will tell.
