Yousef, IMHO the problem w/ Kurlak is he doesn't have the ammo anymore on these stocks. Options expiration helped on the MU to 22 call; no options exp. yesterday on TXN. I doubt Merrill's going get small retail investors to short these things and by this time his institutional clients are well aware that he fells the industry has lost "momentum". If he wants to "declare victory" again, this time on the downside, he's going to have to do it on the basis of being right re: reality, not because he gave an upside target of 20% and the market went ape-s**t. It's an interesting one to watch. Good trading, Tom
