Today I received a call from IR at Sun. They said that a policy change was made and they left me a message with the conference call number (I guess they didn't realize the GM had already given it to me). I think those of us who discussed the situation with IR have done what we attempted, getting a more even playing field for the individual investor. Thanks to the others who called the company to discuss this issue. Michael

since you know sun IR could kindly ask them when they will make the java partnership announcement? I m afraid I have overspent in the ira and fido may ask me to sell anytime. No margin can be allowed in ira (what a stupid rule). who said somehting about delay? did sunw say they were going to delay the announcement? sitting on the edge of the chair. don't know what got in me to buy so much. MSFT is laying off people and sunw is hiring like crazy. Is this new org good or bad for sunw?
