Dear Joe: This plan of attack has been under consideration for sometime and we have worked very hard, in conjunction with Morrow&Co, to identify softshares.We are in the process of buying out certain of these blocks,as we speak,in private transactions so those shares will not hit the market.Therefore we were a little upset with the block of shares that sold out over the last two days because we thought we had an agreement with them.So be it they are gone and we will use that money in the market.I now want the second wave to hit friday.You wouldn't be disappointed.
