Over time I have come to appreciate him a little bit, but I do think he was ultimately responsible for big things that went wrong later. In particular, the handling of the '93 WTC bombing as a crime rather than an act of war was a mistake, and his refusals to get bin Laden on multiple occasions when he could have. And various economic mistakes that turned out really bad later on.

But in retrospect, he did have the good sense to work with Gingrich to get the budget under control.

Could you perhaps post a few graphs that back this up, covering Obama's terms plus Trump thus far and point out on the graph the effect you think Trump had and how it is different than under Obama. You could place markers where Trump policies went into effect and then show how it impacted the metric shown in the graph.
