"Portion" implies a limited amount. In fact the quantities supply vastly more calories than needed for extended life span. Self control is vital. Careful ordering to avoid over-supply essential. Superjoule gut busters available.

Aftermath of fires near Idyllwild is scary when driving through. But people still live with unburned forest above and even leaning on their little wooden firewood houses. Crazy. Like nearby Melbourne I saw before the death dealing fires earlier this century.

Economic powerhouse evident everywhere, debt notwithstanding and debt is just pixels assigning temporary ownership. If clearing costs are not bad like selling Lehman parts to Barclays Capital for $10billion and Wells Fargo chunks to Warren Buffett for umpty $billion the debt is soon evaporated and 0s and 1s reset in the new owners' accounts with the previous "owners" needing to get jobs more suited to their talents than being debtors/owner's.

Note to self = holding Tonka Truckloads of US$ is a financial health hazard as I have no call on USA reserve bank or government or electorate assets. They can dilute and default thereby clearing their debt to me. The temptation must be like a heroin addict needing another fix or a tobacco sucker needing to do a late night ciggie run. Self control is not common. Obesity and portion size shows how common self control is.
