I am with you
This one will go straight up to 50 before eanings. I mean look at the news. Probably downgraded so they could get in and pick up some more because they sold on the way up. I mean this is the way recomms go don't they. Still I like STRONG BUYS, and upgrades more than downgrades, but as you assume one should look at it within perspective....

happy investing/ trading.

Alexander, I agree, and frankly think it is just the beginning of a new era of growth for this company, and hopefully as a result, for the stock price. I'm no analyst though, and believe it best suits everyone to know all the relevant news regarding an equity - good and bad.
Also on the positive side, Investors Business Daily today had ATI under it's highest level of accumulation (A) from one level lower (B). Additionally, ATI showed great strength relative to the S&P and DOW today, so when (if) DOW goes up, ATI should go up too, barring bad news, bad ethers, etc.
Regards, and good luck investing.

Dave

Alex,

I wouldn't be surprised if Legg Mason was a buyer of ATI today.

The brokerages frequently drove down the price of a desirable stock in order to get in on the cheap. Just watch.
