Bamm160 the posters profile: male- real creadible souce youre quoting.Logic tell me that there will not be any news from a settlement with B until they respond to the allegations, a locale for the trial is set, then if there needs to be a trial due to no agreement which I think Par and Barry would want a retraction anyway several weeks of trial, this looks at least like a 6-9 month time period without any delays. The NMS listing isn't likely to be reversed so soon after a meeting (if there was one, no comfirmation from anyone)since that would make the NMS appear stupid/wrong/foolish/manipulated, etc for not accepting the application for approval befor now, As far as 'mux orders, I'm sure they had some but at the annual meeting I asked Par about announcing any because they had an iformal policy of the sales being over 3,000,000 with the potential of add on sales which any small bank wouyld not be. more later fax comming in.....
