I'm not trying to badger you, but If less than $25/shr would be a "steal" then how do you arrive at that figure?

$25 a share would be an enterprise value of just over $2 billion. To support that one would expect a sustainable EBITDA # of more than $250mm. If you believe ZE can do this, what share, of what size market, with what profit margins are you assuming to get to that number. Maybe your assumptions will seem reasonable.
