Dear Little Engine, I am once again swallowed up in you gobbly gook.
First, who said all of the 504 financing was accounted for in the 3rd Q? Then you go and do all of these calculations to destroy credibility. We simply won't know until the audited financials are out.
Jin.

<OFF TOPIC>
PS. I'm sure you're a very nice person in real life. I am in no uncertain terms defaming you or your investment style. In fact, I think that you have at the very least made me re-evaluate my investment decision, although it has not changed. That aside, I'm wondering if you are vested in any other issues? If so, then what are they? I ask only because you mentioned or at least implied that you had followed other stocks, or had invested in them. If so, then why haven't you ever posted to other threads? Myself, I have been active primarily on this one lately, but not exclusive to it. Also, what's your profile? I noticed that you left it blank. What's your real email address? I also noticed that you use a mail forwarding service. Just curious. Of course you have every right to think I'm a snot for presenting these questions, but it raised an eyebrow on my paranoid face. Happy Investing. Jin.

There is absolutely no way that the proceeds of a 504 sale will ever appear on an audited financial statement as income. It is cash, and will be counted as an increase in cash available to the company, but it is absolutely NOT income.

Until the audited financials are released, we just aren't going to know for sure what the profits are. That is what accountants are for.

For those who said it will be a smooth ride, you just don't know what you are talking about, there are no smooth rides on an OTCBB stock, unless you trade it for one day when it is moving up. Investing in a company like this is based on a belief that there is a plan and it can be achieved, and hopefully it will.

Let's all hope for good news later in the week and a rebound. Upcoming promotions certainly won't hurt. Good financials, of course, is what it will take to bring FAMH to the next stage of this bumpy road.
