I guess there are about 1001 things that I could do (and sometimes don't) that my wife would prefer as a sign of thoughtfulness before the toilet thinggie. I remember when a girlfriend I had kept complaining about the toilet seat in her apartment. For the longest time I could not understand what she was talking about and even thought she was saying that I was forgetting to put it up since that was what my mother complained about when I was 4 or so. I will go home now and do something thoughtful for my wife. joe
