If you want to compare INTL & COHR you need to consider the
trailing and high average P/E for 5 yrs. That will give you a solid comparison. If you do that for INTL and COHR you will get a better appreciation.

For the record, I do consider COHR a good Mid Cap Company that has
good technology and a conservative but not aggresive style of Mgmt.
