Hi JD.. yes I saw the bad news earlier and I was hoping nobody else would notice :-). This is not good, but I suppose it's not too surprising given the current instability. The reform conditions imposed by the IMF should help in the long-run, as will the completion of elections (IMO), but unfortunately in the short-run it looks like the people will suffer (cause of the blunders over many years at high levels). We'll just have to wait it out and hope for the best I guess. Regards, Wayne
