William, Thanks for the t/a input. What do you think of the low volume dec has seen since mid December? It seemed to go lower on low volume, and much of this move up has been on low volume. I don't think it was much over 1M shares untill the last couple of days. When it last broke out of the 25 range, it did not see high volume 'till the low 30's, then the high volume kicked in. I see it as institutional buying that is just kicking in. I suspect there is also a LOT OF CASH out there right now, and DEC is as good a buy as any. If we finally see some upgrades, we could see this run last a while. gd
