Yes, they are! Pelosi is keeping the youngsters in line with work. They don't like it. They'd prefer to blather on so as to be media stars, rather than do the hard work of solving problems. Pelosi has policy positions I don't agree with, but she's a worker for her party. That much is certain. Seems to me AOC is just a pretty face and a loud mouth with nothing between the ears. Pelosi has her number and knows how to reign her in.
