This stock is trading around $40. There is aproximately 3.5 million shares traded out of 125 mil outstanding. The shares traded were offered by old Kiewit employees who owned the "D" shares of Peter Kiewit & Sons.This is a privately held corporation in Omaha.You can pull up information by doing an Edgar search. Warren Buffet has always had an office in their building and he has always commented about what a great business they have. I am curious if he is picking up any of these shares now that they are available to the public.
