I am looking for ITWO tomorrow after the bell to miss earnings estimates

I also hope SEBL misses, and then I hope they'll both open Friday off about 50%.

Jeffrey: You've got my interest up on ITWO ... it does look awfully expensive. Do you have any experience with their software? Someone must like it a lot the way the stock is running.

Thanks, JB

Jeffrey: I've been reviewing the final prospectus on ITWO's recent 3mil share sale (2 mil by co and 1 mil by individuals). It is pricey, but appears to be very much a "for real" company. Their growth has been impressive as is their list of licensed customers.

What makes you think they will miss estimates this quarter? I get the feeling they will be selling more stock on open mkt in coming months to finance recent acquisitions (and company officers apparently plan to sell more also). I bet they do everything in their power to make numbers tomorrow.

Never the less, I agree that this is getting awfully expensive and due for a correction. It is already up 33% above registration price.

Sincerely, JB
