'At next week's ComNet telecommunications conference in Washington, D.C.,Compaq, Intel and Microsoft are expected to announced support for a high-speed digital PC modem that works over traditional copper telephone wires.' Hopefully things will start heating up-if these industry giants can't wake up wall street-nothing will! Is a pair-wstl merger feasible? what are the technological/business advantages? bill c. could you comment on this possibility? thanks-jeremic
