Private companies don't have to give you "freedom of speech" however you interpret that. Do you think newspapers should be required by the govt to print Nazi speeches? After all, if they don't, then you can claim they're not giving Nazis freedom of speech.

The 2nd Amendment says "Congress shall make no law abridging....", so, no.

No;that happened when the courts said that you couldn't shout "fire" in a crowded theater, or threaten the president.
