off topic:

all,

what do you think of ORFR (Orbit/FR). They had a huge run some six months ago. From what I know, they are the only pure-play satellite 'testing' company and are pursuing a very aggressive strategy.
Also, what do you think of GlobeComm (GCOM)?

<<<so they have a deal whereby you can have your ashes sent up and scattered to the stars...I thought, "Creative" and I also thought,..>>

dlucas, it is true. I think the company who offer this service of 'celestial burying' is called, what else, Celestis or something.I think they charge $5000.00 or so for this service and then contracts Orbital for the execution of the service. Mind you, they only take a miniscule amount of the ashes into the 'heavens' and it doesn't take much space. Talk about creative marking and use of the launch vehicles. If you want to know more about this Celestis has a web site you can go to. Actually Irene told me about this last year some time. So far ashes of 2 famous people have gone to the heavens (along with many not so famous)and they are Gene Rodenberry and Timothy Leary, the news was in the papers.
