satish,
Thanks for the info. Technicians should note that the stock gapped again today, except this time it paused to fill the opening gap - but found solid support at $14, and closed just under $15. Today's volume was higher than yesterday, and both days were record volume for the stock's trading history.

Look at the chart with a 2 day candlestick, and you'll get a pretty good picture of the momentum coming out of this news. My experience has been that gaps of this size and on this kind of volume have a high confidence interval for significant further upward momentum over the near term (1 - 8 weeks). A recent example from which I profited was Catalytica (CTAL) last year - I bought after it had already doubled from $3.50 to $7, and proceeded to ride it to $14 in short order. Compare the volume and momentum, and you'll see what I mean.

I am interested in any technical observations on this stock, and welcome bearish analysis as well.

regards,
Louis

As I stated in an earlier post - $20 is achieveable, and that is conservative by my estimation.
