Thanks Wayde. I'll look forward to your demonstration. I've seen the incredible damage that "true bean counters" can to to a companies workforce, and the company itself. Perhaps you can show me what happens when the company goes overboard in the opposite direction. I bought Bay in no small part because of the outstanding moral exhibited on this thread, by Bay employees. Those people have their career, family life, and future retirement at stake. Lets face it -- as a stockholder I'm just in it for the ride. If they succeed -- we will benefit along with them. Regards, MM
