And I think I will leave it at that! As for contacting the company, I told you, I have tried to contact the company but I am getting the same response as you are getting (i.e. none)! And this is not anything new, Sapiens Investor Relations as I said before is not the greatest communcator of the world! As for contacting the senior people I know in the management team all I can tell you is that they are not and can not comment anything on the revenue/earnings and/or stock price movements! They are doing their jobs and are confident of the future outlooks. What do you expect them to say at this time just 2 weeks before the earnings report (and to me)?!! I am just an investor like yourself who happens to have a substantial number of shares holding for 4 years, who happenes to also have worked for the company as one of their senior R&D engineers. Thats it! I am not an insider nor I have any info as any inside activities! As an investor I provided everything I know (including facts, feelings and sentiments), and if you do not believe me Go and start reading my posts one by one from the very beginning on this thread!. Again I am just an ivestor like yourself who just happens to be a bit frustrated and concerned with the recent decline in the price. Thats it! As an investor and as someone who participates on SI (hoping to gain more infor on his investment from others) I have expressed possible reasons as why the decline in price maybe happening (see my post Message 3220862 ). And as I said if these are the reasons I am not bothered at all because they are all unfounded reasons and nothing to worry about. However, like you and others who are long, I am looking, seeking everywhere I can (including SI and this thread) to see if anyone, (and I mean anyone) can come up with other possible reasons for the recent decline. Uncretainty always creats fear and fear always brings sell offs! And currently there seems to be so much uncertainty surrounding the company and the stock by majority of share holders and that is why we have been experiencing a sort of a bear in SPNSF! So again I have no magic! Like you I am also seeking for answers! The difference is I hate to become an irrational exuberant and always try to put a positive spin on a stock to the point of hyping it without merit! And perhaps that is why you dont like my concerned comments! Now if you want me or anyone else to keep saying "oh yes, this is a great stock, this a great company, etc.", well, we all know that, and that is why we are still long on the stock. We are simply seeking an answer to the recent decline in the price! As for their numbers in Israel, are you sure you are dialing the country code correctly? When did you call? For one thing the message you hear wont be in English saying "This number is out of order!". Are you sure the message you heard was not in hibru saying that "The offices of the company are closed right now, please call back between 9:00AM-5:00PM"?!! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
