Neil: I have again searched edgar for some 144 filings. There were none to be found. If things are going to be so bad for this company I would imagine the insiders would be selling by now.

Time is on the side of the longs and the shorts must realize that their losses can be unlimited. It would seem at this point, the risk reward ratio is in favor of the longs.

Nobody has requested the magazine to correct those numbers to my knowledge. I have the fax set up on delayed broadcast to send it to you in the middle of the night.

Neil, I think garbage more accurately describes the quality of correspondence from the company to its shareholders prior to the communication of January 20th!
