Seems like it would be healthy for the global economy to have multiple sources of vital materials.

These things are all so very funny.. why are they even news ?

  • Suspect comrade Xi and POTUS trump dialogued at the G20 re rare industrial vitamins, and messaging received, and now the rest of the minions are upset they cannot have it their way (in each countries best interest to not put all eggs in one basket.. is this rocket science.. does this require thinking that can only be accomplished by our better .. ie elected officials ? <sarc> )
  • He added that “Beijing’s mercantilist (SB mercantile but not as bad as the potato/potatoe debacle LOL) tactics have contributed to a market failure for the development of rare earth resources, both in the United States and around the world.”.. So US is not wearing Big Boy pants here ? .. Big Bad nasty China ? Same old $hit.. when US cannot bully .. and the band played on..
  • Team China seems to be aloof to trade talks for some reason(s), or appearing to be ... (They can afford to be)
  • which is why this bill harnesses the American cooperative model as a time-tested way to correct for failed markets
