Jafco,

I am not confused at all. If you take the value that Auric actually extracted of $1800 per ton and assume a no sweat capacity of 10 tons per day, you get 18000 per day and assuming full 30 day operation (no, let them shut down one day per week) make it 26 days= 468,000 per month x 12 = $5,616,000 per year minus operating costs. Assuming 20,000,000 sh out, that gives $0.28 per share, which aint bad for a $1.30 share. If what we are told is true, what this means is !!!!A PROFITABLE COMPANY!!!, AND ONE WITH MONEY FOR EXPANSION!!!, AND ONE WITH GREAT PROPERTIES AND LOTS OF OPTIONS!!!

I will be the first to admit that there is much to be learned here, but through sustained production, we will certainly learn the values that can be continually extracted from the Hussayampa ore. Do not forget that values for the "reduced iron complexes" on the Oro Grande reported by Michael Thomas were up to $7000 per ton. Also remember that these are magnetically collectable. Even I can devise a process for that (1000 Arizona retirees dragging magnets across the desert, good for their health, good for GPGI).

Resin extraction of precious metals is a well known process, but I will defer to the experts on that.

To sum it up, I am just real pleased with this report. For a company to construct a custom facility for a specific company portends great progress. Do not forget that GPGI has some electrowinning capacity in addition to the facility at Auric. I do not like electrowinning, but it can be economic, given the values that are reported here.

All that I ask of this company now is to endure and to produce at a profit. I know of their potential and am willing to wait for the rest.

I could go back into my records and find out what the relation is to the sludge and the head ore, but frankly, I am too lazy to do that right now. That will be known through production soon, anyway, and that is where it counts.

Who knows, perhaps we could see refiners coming out of the woodwork once the news is out. I could not blame Auric for taking the inside track.

Inside track, Jack
