USIO, symbol changes shouldn't affect a chart but I've noticed they do. I'm sure there must be some kind of initial investor cautiousness toward them. It does pass in a short time though. Payment Data Systems sure did pick a weird place in their chart to do that. It looks to me like a little bit of new structure in the chart needs building. Maybe a week or two more. As for MRVL... I'm going to have to send you to detention where you will write 100 times, "A MIMBO's Target is it's former all-time high."
