I watched a video of her mocking Americans, because of our reaction to 9/11 and terrorism. She claims that she loves this country more than most natural born Americans. I find that hard to believe after watching this video. She has no empathy for what we all went through as we watched our country being attacked and as planes crashed into those buildings and then the buildings collapsed. She has no empathy for how traumatized we felt and how quite literally, many of us thought we were under attack and were waiting for the news to tell us that there was a foreign invasion underway or that a nuclear bomb had gone off or something else equally horrific. I remember being so traumatized that I sat watching CNN and Fox all day and night for weeks on end after 9/11. And yet, in this video, Ilhan Omar just laughs and makes fun of how we react and how we talk about terrorism and 9/11. She has no shame, no empathy, and she does not love this country. She wants to remake this country into the cesspool that she came from....Mogadishu. Exactly why, pray tell, would we listen to anyone who comes from a shithole how to make our country better? Instead of always trying to get her 15 minutes of fame, maybe she should quietly do the work that Pelosi has asked her to do on those committees to figure out how to solve problems. Would that be too much to ask of her, that she actually do some work to earn the salary that American taxpayers are paying her, instead of making fun of us for the PTSD we have after 9/11?
