(In France we have the entire month of January to express our best wishes; so it is not too late to do so, I hope). I had a nice conversation with Bill Mann just before Christmas. I was impressed with Medcare accomplishments in 1997, and the prospects for strong growth for 1998 , good advertisement program, forthcoming listing on Nasdaq, analysts coverage. In the Jan.2 PR, MedCare surprised us with 14 clinics for 1997 (instead of 12); 65 additionals centers are now planned for 1998. At this rate some profits should start showing up by mid year. I am still anxious to see MCAR at $12! Will the Nasdaq listing do it soon? Best regards, Monique
