The Congress should make law banning spending US Tax Dollars in the climate-damaged red states. The Reptards deserve to be ruined by the climate events.

Think of all the concrete used to support the economic activity generated within the US by illegal immigrants. Again, you liberals are unaware of how much CO2 is emitted by concrete. Republicans do not need to be concerned about CO2 emissions and climate change until the Democrats are serious about these issues. And as long as the Democrats seek to bring in millions and millions of poor people from around the world, they just are not serious about CO2 emissions.
