Thanks. Boy the plot thickens. I wonder if its just the proliferation of themed restaurants is taking its toll on PHII or whether it's just running out of steam. I'm pretty sure that with solid management RAIN will survive and thrive as the weaker legged themes fall by the wayside. That's ultimately just more mouths for RAIN to feed.

I will be interested in seeing what all this means trendwise though.

Marshall I was too late to read the yahoo thread time had expired. However this morning on pbs business news(bloomberg) I though they mentioned part of the decrease in business was due to theme companies like rainforest taking business away. John
