Hi Ernie, A very plausible scenario and I do believe it is Canada based IMO. When he/she/it gets through and with what is "in the proverbial pipeline" we should start to make our march toward fair value. The upside to this whole thing has been the fact that some good folks have been afforded an opportunity to still position themselves at a great price. Can't wait to get splashed by the next "wave".
