Sinker. I haven't heard anyhting on the AT&T deal.However I think that sooner or later AT&T will have to buy NN's equipment to develop a wan/lan network and there is nobody else to get it from.Matthews said this last year, ie that it is pas-time for the telcos to make a decision on equipment. The competition for clients in the voice-video-data situation by Telcos, Cable cos, ISPs in terms of speed, bandwidth,etc , all the bells and whistles, is heating up rapidly, and 98 will be a hot year in my opinion.This may be why NN may have been inching up: other people may be havingthe same feelings.
