OT Belinda, glad to help. I too have returned a defective I/O card, so I thought it was possible you had one. And I also have a PP switch box, because I just don't trust passthru. I've heard too many stories like yours. Glad you got things up and rolling.

Re Switch Box . . . I have a similar workable, though not ideal solution for a different problem. I recently bought a laptop and so have two computers at my office during the day. I bought a parallel port switch box for my EZ Flyer 230, and use it to switch the EZ Flyer connection between the two computers. This makes for easy file transfers and easy printer sharing at the same time. The one problem that makes it less than ideal is that for some reason I need to reboot my desktop after using the EZ Flyer with my laptop. If anyone knows how I can get around this problem, I would appreciate a response. Regards - PerryA
