I've heard Zuckerberg is not as liberal as the rest of the company, but mostly, I think Zuckerberg would sell his soul and everyone else's to the devil to make a buck. But I worked in Silicon Valley and for tech companies my entire career before I retired. I saw a massive shift towards the left after 2000. The entire culture went far leftward. It was bizarre to see it happen. I still stay in touch with friends at some of the big companies and they tell me it's way worse than when I was there. So maybe your friend is a red marble in a sea of blue and maybe he just doesn't talk to others that much about politics. Either way, good on him.
