I bet you Mueller personally begged Bill Barr to write this letter, so he doesn't get himself into legal and political jeopardy. Now, all he has to do is say according to DOJ guidelines, I refer you to page XX of the report or that is outside the scope of the report. He has shut down both the Dems and GOP. GOP would have had more interesting questions by 1000X.
