>>.. even if the oil is found..<<

But that is the point. If oil is in fact discovered and also proven in terms of commercial amounts, this will add an intrinsic value to the stock. How much? Depends on how many barrels in the ground and other market factors. I'm not worried about bringing it out of the ground yet--or transporting it. Those are real hurdles to be jumped in the future; although you can bet your backside that any potential JV partner is going to put these issues up front and center during any negotiation. Months back I made one of my long winded posts about these problems and how they might add leverage to an interested party. Got trashed for it, which was par for the course. Ha!

Right now I just wanna see that oil is there. That is the first chapter--and possibly the last if none is found--of the story. Everything up to the present is Prelude/background. Interesting, but nothing to bet the farm on.

Now just think if aipn did find whoppers in the ground. BK would scream foul and demand a sizeable interest in the concession. I'd definitely sell my shares and "eat" the loss at this point.

Some transplanted New Yorkers built a home on an adjacent lot to my own. He's Jewish and she's Italian. They are an absolute riot--great people, but even more cynical than yours truly.
