Zeev: VLNC is an enigma. They say almost nothing through official press releases, but they have been telling analysts that they are close to commercial production of their lithium polymer battery. They have been telling analysts that production is almost certain to begin 1st quarter this year.

Red Chip Review and the Volume Reversal Letter (which was picked up in Dick Davis Digest) have put out recent buys on the stock.

On the other hand, within the past few months they have had their CEO and COO resign, supposedly for personal reasons. These resignations have likely played a role in the stock tanking.

If you believe what they are saying about production, they have enough production capacity installed or ordered to make VLNC a $50 stock within a couple of years. However, the market doesn't seem to believe it just yet.
