Dear Tim: Calm down. That 8k didnt change anything so far as total shares are concerned. Jenkins selling less Smith selling more. But this is ALL HISTORY. Here is how I interpret it all. I am going from memory so dont hold me to the actual dates. In March 1997 Company filed a "Bench Regisration Statement" (thats a regisration statement that only needs to be updated when one wants to register more securities thus avoiding the substantial cost of filing a new regisration statement). In January 1998 Preferred Shareholders wished to convert their Preferred to Common stock. It was registered under this "Bench Regisration" NOW they wish to amend the selling shareholders to reflect what ACTUALLY HAPPENED. These shares have been long sold into the market. JDN
