Well, Well, Well..

Fear not.
We were all too elated.. Now we whine too much.
Cisco and Microsoft may look big. Checkpint (excuse
me) Checkpoint may seem a guerrilla. But there's something
much, much bigger than them all... The Web.
A few years from now and people will be saying,
"I wish I'd invested in CyberGuard back then!"
Eventually the jar will be full of cookies.
We're just not going to get any cookie today.

Suffering from MPD,
Your friend,
Marty

There is no doubt that Carberry should get kicked upstairs to the Chairman title. He owes the shareholders more than we are getting. He gets a 300,000 salary and bonus then has the balls to buy only 2500 shares. He thinks the share price decline is because people like us on techstocks are busting his balls. Instead of realizing he has done a half-ass job of telling the story of CYBG. He needs to realize we are not the problem, he is the problem. The right thing for him to do is go back to IBM where he can get lost in the shuffle. Maybe we have been beating around the bush and Carberry doesn't understand. The CEO of CYBG needs to quit for the benefit of the OWNERS OF THE COMPANY. He works for us and has done a terrible job. Mr. Carberry, I am asking you to resign, your leadership has been awful. According to the press releases from the company we have the best product of all the firewall companies. If this is the case then you have done a miserable job of communicating this to investors. I have watched the stock lose two-thirds of its' value. We investors cannot afford to have you at the helm any longer.
