Oh. I thought it was cuz I had read a message on the Willits Environmental Center sign while going to work, which made me think that I'd have to put my money where my mouth was, if I was gonna be talking about alternative energy. This was in the aftermath of the Enron thing, and before Gore's movie, so I wasn't thinking about global warming. My panels were on back-order when the movie came out. I prolly started saving the money in '03, and paid for them in '05, at a time when there was a shortage of panels..

People like me tell school districts that they will contribute to PV systems, once there is a plan to install them, so that people like you won't have to cry about how much of your money your school district is spending on electricity. I've done it twice.
