INTERACTIVE TELESIS ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING San Diego, CA - January 23, 1998 - Interactive Telesis is pleased to announce that it will be holding its annual general meeting on Monday, February 9, at 2:00 pm at the Radisson Hotel located on Encinitas Boulevard near the company's offices in Encinitas, CA. Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Radisson at 760-942-7455 Audited financial statements have been delayed by our auditor. The July 31st audited financial results will be mailed on or before January 28 and will also include the unaudited October 31st results, a January Recent Developments, and our most current news releases. We have closed the Los Angeles office and all Investor Relations functions have been consolidated in our San Diego headquarters. Greg Stesiak and Larry Batt have joined Scott Cameron in the Investor Relations department to answer shareholder questions and help build greater market awareness. Interactive Telesis is confident that four years of hard work and outstanding customer service have laid the groundwork for a very successful 1998.
