Hold your horses Mike, I think JGoren is right.

Today's gap certainly gave the shorts a good squeeze. Same may be true for CPQ, WDC, SEG etc. All the push outs and the semi equipment makers seem to be recovering. Go figure the market.

Globex and Asia are all down big time. Violence in the labor front in Thailand, probably to be followed by Indonesia, Philippines and others. Our president is having a grand old time with anything with 2 legs that moves. Nothing looks good in the short term front.

In the mean time, I am looking out my window at the blimps flying by. Qualcomm Stadium, to the east, is all lit up, probably painting the turf for the eighth time before the game. Down below in Mission Valley, some Sprint/Qualcomm sponsored event is so loud that you can hear it in Sweden. Just glad to have the 6 point move today to cushion some of the blows to come.

Mike, you had a great thought. Handsets saying digital by Qualcomm is meaningless. They should say something like "Qualcomm Digital Inside" with some kind of logo. The public would then understand that it means that the chips are Qualcomm, the real thing.

Anybody from the mighty Q reading?
